WELCOME TO WEEK 1 OF THE 90-DAY NEW PAGE CHALLENGE! 🎉

We are actually doing this. Take a second to feel good about that — you showed up, and that already counts as a win.

New here? Go read the main challenge post first so you know what the 90-Day New Page Challenge is all about, and make sure to follow along on IG…Then come right back. I’ll wait.

This Week’s Theme: Habit Reset

Here’s something that took me an embarrassingly long time to figure out: big life transformations almost never start with big dramatic moments. They start with Tuesday morning. With the tiny, invisible choices that nobody sees but that your future self will absolutely feel.

Pssst – The secret? The small stuff isn’t small.

We’re doing that through habit stacks — tiny actions bolted onto things you’re already doing — so they require almost zero extra willpower. No overhauling your entire routine on day one. (That’s a trap. We’re not doing that.) Just small nudges that tell your brain: we are a person who has her life together. Even if the laundry has been “in progress” for four days. Even if there are still boxes. (There are still boxes, you guys.)

Your one job this week: pick a few nudges that feel doable, and actually do them. Not all of them. Not perfectly. Just a few, consistently. Ready? Let’s go.

Your Week 1 Nudges

Morning Habit Stacks

  • Make your bed as soon as your feet hit the floor. Not perfectly — just made. 90 seconds, and it changes the entire energy of your morning in a way that should not be possible but absolutely is.
  • Drink a full glass of water before caffeine or your phone. I know. I KNOW. But your body just went 7+ hours without water. Drink the water. THEN the coffee. You’ll survive, I promise.
  • Do one 2-minute reset. Wipe the counter. Start a load of laundry. Two minutes, done, and morning-you is already crushing it.
  • Write down one thing you’re grateful for before opening any app. One thing. Thirty seconds. Feels cheesy until you’ve done it for a week, and suddenly you’re noticing good things everywhere.
  • Take three deep breaths before getting out of bed. Just three. Set the intention before the chaos gets a vote.

Throughout the Day Habit Stacks

  • The One Thing Rule: Every time you walk from room to room, carry one item that belongs in the next room. Simple, almost feels like cheating, and will quietly transform your home over time.
  • Tidy during dead time. On hold? Waiting for a page to load? Fold something, wipe something, deal with something. These tiny pockets add up to hours every week.
  • Clean out your car at the drive-through or school pick-up. You’re just sitting there! It’s just sitting there! Perfect match. Handle it.
  • Set a “kitchen closing time.” Pick a time, clean it up, close it down. Future-you wakes up to a clean kitchen and it is a genuinely beautiful thing.
  • Do the two-minute thing right now. If it takes less than two minutes, just do it immediately. The “I’ll do it later” pile is a lie and we both know it.

Evening Habit Stacks

  • Lay out tomorrow’s clothes tonight. Yours and your kids’. Morning decision fatigue is real, it is sneaky, and it is stealing your peace before 8am. Eliminate it.
  • Write down your top three priorities for tomorrow. Not 47 things. Three. Let your brain stop trying to hold them all night.
  • Do a 10-minute house reset before bed. Set a timer. Everyone picks up. When it goes off, you stop. Imperfect and done beats perfect and never happening every single time.
  • Wash your face. Every night. I’m not your mom. But also — I’m a little bit your mom right now. Wash your face.
  • Put your phone in a different room to charge tonight. Just try it once. You’ll sleep better. I promise.
  • Go to bed 15 minutes earlier than usual. Sleep is the most underrated, completely free form of self-improvement and we are not arguing about this.

Ready to Level Up?

Try a life audit. Write down every major area of your life — health, relationships, home, finances, fun, faith, career, whatever matters to you — and rate each one 1–10. Honestly.

Then circle the ONE area that, if it improved, would make the biggest difference in how you feel day to day.

That’s your north star for the next 90 days. The nudges are the daily practice — the life audit gives you the why that keeps you going when you really don’t feel like it.

Bonus: Tell someone about the challenge. Out loud. Accountability is the secret sauce, and we have a whole community doing this together — use it!
