The 90-Day New Page Challenge: Let’s Level Up Together

Y’all…it’s time.
I’m issuing a challenge — to myself, and to YOU — to get 1% better every single day for the next 90 days. Not a dramatic overnight overhaul. Not a “new year, new me” situation that’s completely abandoned by February (we’ve all been there, no shame). Just small, consistent, 1% nudges that — I promise you — add up to something genuinely life-changing.
And I want you to do it with me.
But first — the backstory. Because who doesn’t need a little drama?
(Looking for week one’s challenge? Find it here!)
The Breakdown (Yes, That One)
Ok, I’m going to get real with you for a second.
The last year or so has been…a lot.
You might remember me having a bit of a mental breakdown on the internet around this time last year. (If you missed it — it was a moment.) I was a single mom of eight kids, my Graves Disease was flaring, I was working multiple jobs, and I’d just gotten laid off. Life wasn’t just hard — life was doing the absolute most and I was hanging on by a thread.
So I tried something. For 90 days, I committed to making tiny, 1% improvements every single day. Nothing dramatic. Nothing that required me to be a different, more functional person than I was.
And slowly — almost annoyingly slowly — things started to shift. The kids are great. I moved into a beautiful new home. I’m genuinely happy.
But here’s the thing nobody tells you: happy doesn’t mean done.
I still lose passion and focus sometimes. Creating content can still feel like a chore when I want it to feel like a calling. I’ve been trying to reconnect with old parts of myself — the Jordan who had energy and ideas and didn’t need steady caffeine just to feel like a person — but if I’m being totally honest? I’ve been going through the motions a bit. Handling life, getting things done, but still avoiding some of the hard stuff; ignoring some of the things that actually need to happen.
Things like…unpacking. I moved in MONTHS ago. There are still boxes.
We don’t talk about the boxes.
The point is: I want to level up. But leveling up feels completely exhausting when you’re already running on empty, and the boxes are still there, judging you from the corner of your bedroom.
So I’m doing what any completely reasonable, definitely-not-chaotic person would do: I’m turning it into a 90-day public challenge and inviting all of you to come along for the ride and keep me accountable.
You’re welcome. And also — genuinely, truly — thank you. Because I need this. And maybe you do too.
Why 1%? (Let Me Tell You About Some Very Fast Bicyclists)
Ok, stay with me here, because this story is so good.
Have you ever heard of the British Cycling team? For over a century, they were legendarily, embarrassingly bad. Like — so bad that a top European bike manufacturer refused to sell them bikes because they were genuinely worried it would hurt their brand. Can you imagine?? Being rejected by a bike company because you’re so bad at riding bikes?? The audacity of that rejection. The NERVE.
Then, in 2003, a new performance director, Dave Brailsford, took over and introduced what he called “the aggregation of marginal gains.” The whole idea? Break down everything that goes into riding a bike — every single tiny thing — and improve each one by just 1%. The obvious stuff, sure, like better aerodynamics and redesigned bike seats. But also the weird stuff, like finding the best pillow for the good night’s sleep, and figuring out which massage gel worked best for sore muscles.
One. Percent. At a time.
Five years later, at the 2008 Olympics? They won 60% of the available gold medals. Four years after THAT, they set nine Olympic records AND seven world records.
From making 1% changes. Every single day.
Friend. That’s the whole idea. Not overnight transformations that require you to become an entirely different humanbeing by Monday. Not dramatic overhauls that need three hours of free time a day (LOL — who has that? Not me. Not you. Not anyone I know.) Just small, consistent, almost-embarrassingly-tiny nudges — stacked up over 90 days — that add up to something you actually won’t believe.
I’ve seen it happen. I’ve lived it. And now I’m doing it again — bigger, better, and this time with all of you there to cheer me on when I want to quit and remind me about the bike people.

The Full 13-Week Lineup
Ok, here’s where it gets really good. Here’s what we’re tackling, week by week:
Week 1: Habit Reset We’re starting with the foundation — tiny habit stacks that take almost zero willpower, because good systems will always beat good intentions and we are DONE relying on motivation alone. Head over to the week one post for more details!
Week 2: Home Systems & Productivity We’re creating real order out of real chaos. Simple, sustainable systems for your home and your schedule so you can stop running everything on vibes and adrenaline. (Spoiler: vibes are not a system.)
Week 3: Nutrition Reset Not a diet. Not a cleanse. Just simple, judgment-free improvements to help you feel good — more energy, less brain fog, more “I’ve got this.”
Week 4: Money Reset We’re focusing on those pesky finances, finding the sneaky little leaks, and making a few small changes that add up to real breathing room.
Week 5: People & Presence Put the phone down. Connect. Engage. This week is about showing up fully for the people and moments that matter most.
Week 6: Decluttering & Simplifying Less stuff, less noise, less standing in front of your closet for 20 minutes deciding what to wear. We’re clearing physical and mental clutter to make space for the things you actually care about.
Week 7: Mindfulness & Spirituality Slowing down. On purpose. Whether that looks like prayer, meditation, journaling, or just ten quiet minutes before the kids wake up and all hell breaks loose — we’re going inward this week.
Week 8: Movement & Physical Wellness This week is about moving your body in small ways that can make a big difference!
Week 9: Parenting The hardest, most important, most humbling job on the planet. This week we’re being intentional — connecting more, reacting less, and extending ourselves a little grace while we’re at it. (A lot of grace. We need a lot.) No kids? No problem! We will have alternative theme and nudge ideas for you!
Week 10: Relationships & Connection This week we’re investing in the relationships that matter — your partner, your friends, your people — before life gets in the way again.
Week 11: Frugality & Resourcefulness Ooooh my love language. Living abundantly on less. Finding creative, satisfying, genuinely fun ways to do more with what you already have.
Week 12: Self-Care The real kind — rest, boundaries, joy, and actually taking care of the person who takes care of literally everyone else.
Week 13: Your Next Chapter The grand finale, baby. We’re zooming way out, dreaming big, and building the vision and momentum to carry everything we’ve created together straight into the next season of your life. We started a new page — now let’s write the whole chapter.
90 days. 13 themes. 1% at a time.
I’ve been on the internet for 15 years, and so many of you have been here from the very beginning. We’ve been through a LOT together. I want to make these 90 days count — and I know from experience that this kind of thing is infinitely better with a friend alongside you. Someone to cheer you on when it’s hard, laugh with you when it’s ridiculous, and remind you why you started.
I see that friend in you.
So let’s turn a new page. Together. Starting right now.
Let’s GO, baby. 👊
